Internationally-recognised food processing business RFG Foods (RFG) has concluded a transaction whereby senior management, Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners and Capitalworks acquired 100% of the company from the previous shareholders.

As part of the Ayrshire world congress, the Ayrshire national championships was held on the 25th and 26th of April in Bloemfontein and RFG Foods was proud to receive the following trophies at the 2012 Gala dinner.

RFG Foods is waxing it where cheese is concerned. The Big Cheese this year is their Franschhoek Angelot, which not only won a coveted 2012 Qualité Award, but was voted the 2012 Product of the Year at the South African Dairy Championships.

Rhodes is the ‘Shoprite Big Brand supplier of the Year’ in the Ambient Groceries category.
