As part of the Ayrshire world congress, the Ayrshire national championships were held on the 25th and 26th of April in Bloemfontein and RFG Foods was proud to receive the following trophies at the 2012 Gala dinner:
- NORTHWEST AYRSHIRE CLUB TROPHY – 2 Heifers under 24 months
- CLEONE JOHNSON FLOATING TROPHY – Group of 2 Ayrshire cows, same herd
- DUCKITT FLOATING SHIELD – Group of 4 Ayrshire cows, any age
- DR MH FINLAYSON FLOATING TROPHY – Senior Champion cow
- UYS BLOM FLOATING TROPHY – Reserved Breed Champion
