A team from RFG Foods spent Mandela Day 2023 spreading jam and spreading love by making sandwiches with 12 000 loaves of bread.
Training and skills development
Skills development is a key enabler to the ongoing growth and transformation of RFG. Extensive learnership programmes have been developed, which saw 2 492 employees trained during 2021 alone.
