[There are no Executive Round Table events scheduled at this time.]
We believe there is a distinct linkage bewtween Employee Benefit Programs and Organizational Effectiveness. Here's how the argument goes:
Most people would agree that your employees will be healthier and happier if they don't have to worry about whether they or their families are well taken care of.
A large part of "well taken care of" (in other words, healthier) has to do with Health Insurance and Retirement Planning. They don't have to take time out of their day to worry about a medical bill or whether there will be money for college if the right benefits program is available to them.
It also relates to "softer" things like culture and the kind of snacks that might be left around the office for people to eat. We're speaking here about a Culture of Wellness.
Gaining happier employees often has to do with good Leadership. The leader's job is to engage and inspire their followers.
And if your employees are indeed Healthier and Happier, then it doesn't take much to believe that they are also more satified with and engaged in the job you employ them to do.
At the end of the day, it all comes down to organizational effectiveness, which can loosely be tied to profit.
It is for this reason we conduct these Executive Round Table events. We gather 6 - 12 CEOs (or the senior-most person at the company) for a 2-hour facilitated breakfast discussion about nothing more than the discussion of leadership and employee engagement.
These events are free and by invitation only.
