Dennis serves as president of RFG. He possesses over 15 years experience in the Financial Services business sector and over 30 as an accomplished business executive.

In addition, he is on the faculty of the Department of Management at the Red McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin, where he teaches management, organizational behavior, and negotiations.

Dennis also became a principal of LGL Leadership, Inc., an innovative approach to Leadership Development and Employee Engagement based on the West Point leadership model.

During his lengthy business career, Dennis founded several companies, having taken several from start-up stage all the way to becoming large national organizations.  He has also served several years with a large, Austin-based, Fortune 100 computer manufacturer in an executive position.

All together, Dennis' business career involves entreprenuerial and corporate experience in a variety of roles.  His strengths include running companies and problem solving.

Dennis is a frequent and accomplished industry spokesperson and is also active within the non-profit sector in Austin. He currently serves on the board of several organizations, both commercial and community, and possesses both a Bachelor and Masters Degree from UCLA.
